its not just two people my entire guild(s) have been complaining about it
it happens at SOME anchors too.
On certain anchors when you pop them everyone in the area talks about a crippling FPS hit. I go from 65 to 9 on some of them.
On the wisp mother at the end of it sometimes especially if people die everyone talks about there fps going down to 15 to 5.
Its not just cyrodil and its not isolated.
I think it has something to do with that new lighting.

got 21 days of game time left.
and will not give zenimax another chance after those 21 days end
In my long history of MMO, once a company is acting bad, things will keep getting worse
will keep bumping this topic until i get a response from GM's or until the 21 days are over.

Agreed, particularly about the anchors. I went down 7 FPS average, and even more at anchors. At anchors, I'm down to single digit FPS, with some of the mobs not even appearing on my screen. They can hurl damage at me, but I can't even see them.
I think the new lighting looks great, but I need it to go away and right now.

I just had my thread closed because apparently in some peoples mind (read ZOS) thinks that my asking if they will fix it so some of us can play during the end is irrelevant.
If they screw this up then there will never be a "we ... at end of the first campaign" only "the first 90-day campaign was broken" i am sure the later is how ZOS wants ESO remembered, forever.
Ruining a chance for wide scale events that could draw people back or keep the few together is about as dumb as a company can get.

Everyone has this FPS problem after 1.2.3, and the FPS drop problem became HUGELY more problematic then earlier (the core of the problem is not new).
Check my thread history, I have a thread going on the subject.
Short version: ESO game engine is seriously flawed, its does NOT use NEITHER the CPU or GPU resources you have in your machine.
And after 1.2.3 I can see from my keyboard LCD display that even less resources are used, GPU were down to about 20% in Cyrodiil, and of course FPS took a huge 50% hit.
