Zenimax can't afford to lose even more subs so they won't ban them, not to mention the lack of backbone. At least fix it, but after the FPS drop =P

Yes, that is precisely why Zenimax does not rush out and smash everyone with their ban hammers; they lack backbone and they want the exploiters' 50 cents per day.

Update: This will get fixed for both the Southern High Rock Gate and North Morrowind gate in the afternoon tomorrow (6/26/14). Some issues arose which pushed this to a later time window than we wanted.

Will the ban on players with unlocked hostile wayshrines also go in at the same time?

The responses we have got so far suggest they want the players not cheating to unsub, but keep the players that are cheating.

Its not that at all. They are trying to lose as many subs as possible so they can get the tax write off then launch f2p for the big $$$$
