What Cadwell's Silver quests AREN'T supposed to give skill point?

I am asking for an official reply because only ONE quest in the main quest of Bangkorai Vet (EP) has given a Skill Point (Cadwell's Silver). Not a single other quest in the north half has given even one and I feel like there needs to be clarification.

The understanding IS that every single quest in Cadwell's Silver gives 1 Skill Point. Either this is untrue, and Bangkorai was the zone that got shafted, or the quests are broken, or not all of Cadwell's Silver quests are supposed to give a Skill Point.

I would like to know what the motive is. What ones of Cadwell's Silver quests are NOT supposed to give a Skill Point? What ones are? This information is crucial. Please answer. I have started multiple threads, and submitted multiple tickets over the last 2 months about this issue and have gotten ZERO reply.

I have been told by EP players that they got 2 Skill Points for Bangkorai. I have been told by AD players that they got one for each quest in each zone period no matter what. Please, shed light on this, please.

Edit: Minor feedback from other EP and from AD players is appreciated. What Bangkorai Vet Zone quests under "Cadwell's Silver" did you NOT get a skill point for?

I believe Ebonheart Pact is getting shorted and shafted either by accident or design.

I don't know how many I received but I know it was more than 1 from the northern half. And I received one in the southern half of bankorai and I'm not even done the zone yet.

Thank you. I am in EP, this is our Vet 5 zone. I got exactly ONE for the northern half, when I completed the Garrison defense that opens the south half. This is the only Bangkorai Skill Point I have gotten from any quest.

Every single quest does not give a skill point. You get a skill point for quests that normally give players a skill point. So, exactly like when you leveled 1-50. If the quest gave a skill point for you, it gives a skill point for other factions when they go through as a VR player. Cadwell's Silver/Gold doesn't make quests reward skill points that didn't originally do so, basically. Dulfy's can be a pretty good site, as it has a fairly complete list of quests, along with their rewards.

Looking through it, it looks like there are ~3 quests in the zone that give a skill point for completion (Main Story, and the guild quests you completed for your original faction so I did not count those).

EP. I'm going to be finishing the zone, I'll let you know if I get anymore because there are like 3 other black spots on the map.

Lalai is correct.

I'm DC so I can't speak to vet Bankorai specifically, but working my way thru vet AD not every quest on the Caldwell check off list gives a point. Many do, as they correspond to the original faction main quest line, I assume, but not all.
