Umm, didn't see or notice any changes made to Nord passives while I was on after the update was complete. Patch notes only mention changes to Dark Elf.

1. Nords now get 30% in-combat health regeneration (buff, but health regen sucks in general so meh...)
2. Nords no longer gain x armor for our third passive, instead it is a flat 6% reduction to incoming damage (WAY better than 300 armor at 50)
Really not sure why the OP is complaining since both of these changes are for the better.

Maybe the Nords keep killing him?
