Alliance Retreating Maneuvers Skill not working.
I'm not seeing the bonuses in Bloodthorn from the Scrolls. Anyone else having this issue? (scroll issue seems to have self corrected.)
If someone else could confirm: I do not see the Speed bonus from Retreating Maneuvers increasing my speed on horse anymore.

Mystikkal✭✭✭we all noticed this and spent a good portion of the night complaining about it... I really hope this is a bug... please don't increase the downtime in PvP more by removing the ability to use rapid maneuver when on a horse1 -
