Would you do other factions on a 1-50 alt or do VR first?

How would you rather expereience other factions content for the first play through. Would you roll an alt, so the mobs are normal levels or would you do it on your main, so the mobs are VR mobs.

I have gone to VR levels twice now, both times on the same faction. But now im wanting to try the other factions out, which would be more enjoyable first time through the content (I dont mind doing it on my main afterwards, if it would be more enjoyable on a non VR character first).

Both. My main is now VR1 but I also have a low-level alt in that region. Sometimes the alt is ahead, sometimes I catch up and bypass with the veteran, etc. I don't do the same quests on two characters in the same night, though.

I'm more of a burrow in with a single character type of person... so I prefer to do it all on my main. However, since I promised my daughter I'd wait until she's at level with me to do VR content, I'm twiddling my thumbs on an alt. Unfortunately, she's freaking slow lol, so now I'm on alt #2, with two VR1 toons. I prefer EH, so instead of doing other faction content though, I'm repeating the same stuff ...again. lol

No, I think it is about perceptions and personal preference. I actually feel the same the other way around. Also, I figure best to do those faction areas in standard 1-50, than play them on hard VR level first. As I feel better for me to do those areas, on normal than hard. It may not work so well for me, going the opposite, of grinding through on VR, then walking through it again on normal.

I will then see the content "vanilla", and can then choose to play it again on hard mode, and it will just feel like a bonus if I like it, or if not, can just leave it.

I don't really like to play alts so I like the system the way it is. That being said there needs to be more veteran content.

I can't play one character straight for the time it takes to level, so I'm doing three alts at a time anyway.

My main is a VR6 DK which I'm progressing to cap first, but I have a 30 Sorc, 10 NB, 25 Temp as well. I like to take a break from VR's on occasion and enjoy the change of playing the other classes.

I like having the ability to do all content in the game with one character. I was never much of an "alt" person. Though I do think the veteran rank system seems like a throw together. Instead of the theme "what if?" it should have been more along the lines of doing quests for the other alliances to gain trust and rally them all against Molag Bal (or something along the lines of that).
