FPS drop in cyrodiil after 1.2.3

I was having 20-30 fps in cyrodiil battles before the patch. After 1.2.3 it drops to around 5-10 fps and never comes back up unless i relog. Anyone know whats causing this or it's a new feature of eso?

no idea, I haven't tried cyrodiil since patch, but be patient your not alone my guildies are experiencing same issue.0
