Stamina builds being inferior to magicka builds is a concern of many players of this game, and judging by the new patch notes it looks like Zenimax is finally starting to address this issue.
Below, I have compiled a list of suggested changes I have seen while browsing the forums. Which of these do you think would best help stamina build catch up to magicka builds?

Separate resource bar for dodge/block/etc.
Weapon skill line ultimates

Buffing weapon skills to be in line with class skills, and giving them viable dps fillers
More stamina cost reductions
Higher softcap on stamina/stamina regen
Have some class skills scale off of stamina if it is higher than magicka, and give them the option to cost stamina
All of the above
