What the hell is with the boss Corruption of the Tree is Daggerfall?
At Vet 6 that thing is one hit killing me for over 2400pts of damage. How the hell is any one suppose to beat that on their own? Especially a NB!!
My hit points only go to 2486 IF I have something to eat to boost it over 336pts.
With bosses this strong on Vet levels I am getting more and more pissed with the game and am finding the constant fights for your life to be tedious. I doubt I am going to be renewing my subscription when the time times if it keeps it up.. This game is getting less and less fun.
When I first did this, the NPC's were still bugged and spoke german, so it was like.... ok they told me to do something, but not sure what.... BOOM dead. Umm, maybe they told me to run to them, will try the next._subjectnamehere_ wrote: »You can beat this boss. Listen to the NPC's inside the tree with you. They will tell you when to run to their side so they can protect you. Look for the one that is glowing and listen for the audio cues.
And I have news for you: this is not the only boss in the world that is going to require some intuition to defeat.
If strategy and thinking is not your thing, this game is not for you.

This game, sir, requires some intuition.

Don't be an ***** hat and assume that I am not doing what is required and that I don't have any "intuitation" about how this game is played...
The problem is, is that even if I listen to elementals, the guys attack is going through them! I am standing either right front of the elemental touching their body with my face or even right behind them and the enemy's attack is still one hit killing me. And yes.... the elemental I am at is the one that had the nice golden glowing pillar.
I've played 98% of the vet levels ON MY OWN, including the dungeons.... so I know full well what has to be done at these levels and my character has been built in order to be able to deal with these issues at Vet level while keeping it the way I want it to be without having to rebuild it.
