not implying im mad that they were not done now, nor will I go into a huge 4 page rage rant over it. I just want an estimated time to when they may be implemented. I have seen the devs talk about it some

Well next big content update 1.3 is expected to hit near the end of July at the earliest. That content patch will be more PvP focused so will likely not include the Vet chants.
I would expect the next big content patch 1.4 to hit around September. This will likely be the soonest you can expect the updates.0
