Its days like today when ZOS shows its strong commitment to quality work and outstanding customer service skills. What I want to know is how do you pass the time? Is it with an old friend or surfing the web looking for the next substandard mmo to waste your time and money on? I try to remind myself of all the quality and fun I am going without by looking at various tube websites and viewing vids of train wrecks, tooth extractions and NASA probes of Uranus.
