Where are the Combat Fixes to Skills not Working, Swap not Working, Ultimate Disappearing?

I thought that skills not going off, weapon swap not working while in combat (usually while grouped), and Ultimate's disappearing randomly in PvP, where going to be addressed in this patch? Looking at the patch notes seems like the majority of the "combat/gameplay" fixes revolve around animation fixes and not actual combat fixes.

Oh and reducing the weapon swap, while it is welcome, is not a fix to weapon swap not working at all many times.

They fixed nothing. No combat fixes, no lag fixes, no Hidden fixed for Night Blades (We (NB's) can't hide when we put a dot on an enemy (Venom Arrow or any Dot), but they can, while dotted...........WTF). Ultimate's disappearing, getting CC'd with the Immobile buff applied. They have fixed nothing. Just painted a new coating of lighting on the screen.

But, we now have awesome crap white, useless [snip] weapons to delete from our Bags (they don't even work as skins). Get a new Dungeon no one does, but once maybe, because there is no reason to. And some awesome new lighting effect 90% cant see because the game is so [snip] laggy in PvP everyone turns that *** off. Oh and my animation for Flurry now LOOKS Right for the first swing (Really?) the only bug for NB's you fix are Animation bugs??????

Oh yea, lets not forget the 3 (exaggerating) people who play in 1st person mode now get a POV slider so they can see in 3rd Person, while in 1st? wOOt been waiting for this Fix -- >.<

Bow heavy attacks will no longer result in zombified monsters. - Top of the list *** right here..

Or, that when you have a weapon that completes a SET Bonus, like the Styigian set. When ever you switch weapons/bars, the set bonus swap, breaks Hidden / Stealth and lets the whole world see you. Yea, this should be a low priority, after all its just EVERY FRACKING SET (With weapons) in the game that's broken...

But, naw we get new worthless POS white, trash, weapon pick ups........

Is'nt it obvious that the devs have no idea what they are doing from one day to the next? It's the old addage of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
Their priorities are SERIOUSLY borked up!

ZOS is new to the MMO industry as is a new born baby is to the world. I should have pondered this before launch. Oh well, too late now...*sigh*

Honestly I think this is what we should expect from a company that seemed to half ass there games from the beginning. I look back at Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim and remember some the bugs that came out with those games. But it ended with the community fixing them up and not the developers.

I wonder whether these guys were asked the questions if they knew the responsibilities and requirements for making and sustaining an MMO and they were nodding and not listening only imagining that they were in the money.

Seems to me that they are still heavily concerned with the single player aspects of the game. Animation fixes instead of real combat fixes, lights coming through the windows.......I mean really, how is this "major feature" of the patch. This is a minor, yes that's nice, type of feature.

It's all meaningless unless they fix actual gameplay.

I've never had my ultimate in pvp just randomly disappear

Other than the 5 min timer that resets ultimate if you haven't been in combat, but that's intended. I've heard of people say it randomly disappears, luckily it's never happened to me. The only changes I wish were added were the fixes for shadow cloak.
