And as of this post we are still just shy of 4 hours, and there expectation is that 4 would be the bare minimum.
So who else is predicting they cant get this patch to take, they go back to the prior patch, screw that up and are down for 12 more hours just to rollback. GO!
And still nothing to patch.. It's usually an hour after we are able to download.

Na... its called internal testing. At my place of work, I have internal test beds/environment to imitate our prod environment - I test all changes there, so when I need to implement into prod, I can follow my tested script and hardly ever have major issues ;-)
