A damage shield that gets taken out in two *maybe* three normal hits in VR zones? Is that really gonna make or break your tanking build? I would really hope not. This change throws the DK class a bone in terms of healing, which is much needed. DK is still easily the most effective tank due to passives alone, not to mention dragonblood is an absurdly powerful self-heal.

You know DKs dont have any heal others skills right? So why do we need a heal others buff?
I agree with the shield. but as far as DK being the best tank that is absloutely ludicrous. I have a VR 12 DK Heavy armor spec. The passives in DK are not great , sure on paper they look like something. unfortunately there is only two roles in ESO for end game DPS and heals. thats right just DPS and heals . Your a DPs that has a taunt or your DPS that has a CC. or your a healer with some CC.A damage shield that gets taken out in two *maybe* three normal hits in VR zones? To give the class added versatility.DK's Earthen Heart tree has great group utility so it is actually a pretty attractive class for a healer/group support build. The impression I get is they changed a skill from being useful to YOU, so you see it as a nerf.
So DKs are slightly less godly tanks than other classes now? Puts them more in line with everyone else. I don't see the problem here. There are still several other skills from other trees that you can use to buff your tanking capabilities.
I think it's a good thing that they switched it to be a group heal, as others have stated, it adds more utility and doesn't really affect the DK tanking capability enough to make a big deal about it.

How is it useful for dk healers since the only healing they could do would be resto staff?

With that logic the only class that is viable as a healer is a Templar......

My sorc tank is vastly superior in light armor with SNS and resto swap then my DK. And my sorc is only VR 5. Ive done every VR dungeon with him. And my guilds vastly prefer the DPS and resource management of my sorc tank then my DK. Ranged CC and the Bubble of a sorc combined with its AOE dps makes the Dk tank look extremely bad. After all the nerfs DK got handed ill put him in light armor and make some changes and see how he does in the same gear my sorc wears. honestly the sorc can buff himself way past Armor cap an d spell resist cap, far more then the DK can

So you are cool with an abiblity that says shield but does no such thing, just so resto staff users get a bone?
