October update for vampires and werewolves?

I know they said they plan to add more skills to vampires and werewolves, so do you guys think we will get update 4 within that month?

✭✭✭✭✭My (entirely speculative) take on it is that the new skills will be related to the social penalties we'll be suffering when the justice system goes live. So I'd anticipate the abilities coming with that.----

frwinters_ESO✭✭✭✭They need to do something with Werewolves cause i dont know anyone who is one and those who are do not seem to like it at all. Especially since they are Stamina based monsters and not many people use Stamina based builds.0 -

That would be awesome, let vampires feed on random NPCs in town, but if they show too far siren the stages they get attacked. Werewolves who shift get attacked, but might get access to secret 'havens' within town.
They could even add some sort of PvP area where players who aren't tainted can hunt for these havens.
