Guild Permissions and Bank Tools Needed

I'm a member of a guild with around 400 members. When you have that many people, you're bound to get a bad apple. Our guild bank has been robbed a number of times and the guild leader has been forced to make it deposit-only and to use the deposits as contest prizes or to fund a lottery.
While this set-up makes the best of a bad situation, every active member in the guild--and especially the leadership--would love to see improved permissions management and long-term withdrawal/deposit logs. Having more guild ranks would make managing permissions easier as well. I know there are many guilds struggling with the same issues.
I'd love to hear what other guilds are doing to cope with the limited guild management tools currently at their disposal. If you would like to see these tools too, please speak up! Thank you.

Anything they do will be to little, to late.
They simply do not currently have the tech or know how to do it correctly.
And by the time they do, who will be there to care anyway?0 -

✭✭How any game can launch without the basic tools players need to play their game is beyond me.
It's like ZOS has never seen a MMO before.
To be fair, this seems to be the curse of all new MMOs. Each one takes about a year to learn the same lesson every other MMO learns.
Make your game user friendly!
Why this happens is beyond my understanding. What happens the first 5 years of development? Does not one person see things like the guild bank permissions, or the guild store filters and say, there might be a problem here.
The YEAR we beta tested the game, we said on a constant basis that we need guild permissions and ZOS said nothing.
They still remain silent on the subject.0
