but the thing is the whole thing is basicly text put on top of ESO's image.Just to be certain I understand:
Some local, Real Life event in your area used a art asset from ESO (screenshot, poster, whatever) as part of thier tickets.
I highly doubt the TOS covers things that happen outside of the game.
It does clearly say we have to report exploits and bugs. But it does not even demand that we report bug users or other exploiters.
It is something we can do, but do not need too. Your case propably also falls under the "nothing forces you to do it, nothing forces you not to do it".
and is making money off it, do i say anything?
i mean it would suck for the devs to put work into things then someone else uses it for their own gain
