New 'Endurance' Stat

    I would suggest if adding a stat just for blocking, dodging and sprinting keep the stat at 100 and not allow it to be increased. Keep the reductions in Light, Medium and Heavy Armor skill lines. This would do 2 things, 1 take the stress of Stamina based builds by allowing stamina to only be used for damage and 2, allow armors reductions to have more of an impact, you could even add a 7 piece bonus that effects the 'new energy" stat.

    The new stat is a good idea and I've mentioned something similar to guildies.

    Guild wars 2 had a good dodging system. It was it's own separate resource, but there were skills/abilities that affected how useful it was.

    The current system will never allow for optimal stamina builds since skills and breaking CC share the same resource.

    if overall stamina cost was reduced significantly then players could charge spam charging stun abilities all day long
    End the tedious inventory management game.

    Isn't this essentially what we are seeing (and why many classes are getting nerfed) with min-max magicka builds in Trials at the moment? Nearly unlimited spammability.



    As an aside, it would be important to note what each class requires out of the 'finesse' skills. Heavy and medium are easy, with block and dodge, respectively. Also, in the current build interrupts are extremely short range melee (so leaning towards heavy), and stealth is already boosted by medium.

    This leaves light armor getting a buff to either the same trait as another class, or being stuck exclusively with sprint.

    Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

    He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

    This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

    Tera Online added this to their Warrior and Lancers, after they found out that those two classes suffered major Mana problems due to dodging and Blocking using said resource pool.

    The quick extra resource pool fixed all those problems in one patch...

    Managing three bars is part of TES game play I like it and would not enjoy the purposed system. I think there would be more satisfying builds if the language describing the abilities was cleaned up and standardized. This way people would not overload a stat.
