People post a lot of threads on any number of subjects on this forum. As Slash pointed out, I posted a thread on Day 1 praising the female walk animation (because, as a woman, I thought the walk/run animation in Skyrim was pretty bad). Today I posted a thread raising the quality of writing and the depth of NPC development in the game. How these posts were basically the same thread is a leap of twisted logic that I'm not going to try to repeat or understand.
But assuming that idea, then posting more than one positive comment about the game constitutes trolling. Really? So what I should have posted was yet another hate thread about the VET levels or another whining thread some other element of the game I didn't like?
This is a general discussion forum for a game that I own. I can come here and discuss elements of the game I like. So far, each of my threads has been different and I will continue to identify elements of the game that I enjoy and which I've encountered in my gameplay experience.
Maybe others are right and when I get to the VET levels, I'll toss this game like week old garbage. I kind of doubt it but I won't know until I get there. And it doesn't look I'm going to get there for awhile.
So you can get upset with me for not rushing through the game in eight weeks just to get to VET levels so I can come here and complain about what I think is wrong with the game - and the challenging the devs to change the game so it fits my needs.
But then which of us in this conversation is self-indulgent?
... which I find hilarious, since LOL votes help your rank in this forum. It's like watching a car speed towards the edge of the cliff. You can see the VR coming...but there's nothing you can do to help them.
P.S. We didn't unsub after 9 days either XD give it a little time and you'll join us.
I really had to lol you there, but a good one tho. It was a really good comment you made there! thanks for a real heartly laugh
NP it was supposed to be funnyas well as true. I know people use LOL for disagree since we don't have one of those, but when used appropriately I think it's a good thing.
I think the OP would quit sooner because of all the Negative Nancys posting here than because of game issues. But seeing how she is enjoying it, I am not afraid of that.
But seriously, this "Oh look, she is having fun, let's try and ruin it" attitude is something I will never understand. If you see a child being happy for getting a pet, do you also go there and tell them "Don't be so happy , in a couple of years your pet will be dead anyway"?

The self-indulgent part is where you feel the need to post of TWO threads about how you are enjoying the game after just a few days. That's great, we're glad you're enjoying the game! But we also don't care. As Blackwidow stated, when people who barely play the game post up threads about how they are quitting, it's the same. Nobody cares.

Please... She has so many awesomes because she's a girl. I think Sratprincess hit the nail on the head.

As you can tell by my username, I'm also a girl. But "gamer chicks" like you irritate the hell out of me.

I'm not a girl. I'm a woman. I stopped being a girl when I graduated from high school ten years ago.
And princess doesn't designate gender? Really?Please... She has so many awesomes because she's a girl. I think Sratprincess hit the nail on the head.
What are your thoughts on the thousands of men on this forum who included the word "man" in some part of their name?
Or do you seriously believe it's different for girls?

Nice to see you're still around, Ragnar.
Nominally so. Its an effort to even log in to play
@IrishGirlGamer If you stopped being a girl 10 years ago then why not IrishWomanGamer?
Also do you work for ZOS or Bethesda in any capacity? It's like asking you if you are a cop, you have to tell the truth!
yes act all innocent and girly and the basement dwellers get all aroused and drop a few awesomes and act all patronisng. like dishing out virtual "pats on the head"
"aw shes a sweet innocent girlie who's loving her game .. aint that cute shucks"
kinda sets back equality 20 years tbh.

Before you get confused, I'm not really a spider.

Some of us will get laid regardless of what anyone posts on these forums.

Meh, once you've been married over a decade, you learn patience.
