Woodelf NB build ideas?

I'm currently playing a Lvl 26 Bosmer NB. I've relied heavily on Dual Wield skills in the begining and over the past 7-8 lvls started working on my One handed and Shield skills. Are there any skills that work well for mobs? I have almost no problems going one on one or maybe even one on two with somewhat tough enemies but when I get to 3 or more enemies I really take a beating. I've found Agony does help but I would really like some skills that deal more AoE damage so I can handle some more enemies! I've been tossing around the idea of using either a destro staff or bow but since I haven't used them at all I don't know really what skills would suit my needs. Any help or build ideas are greatly appreciated!

You need lots of magicka to make duel wield work for groups of 3 or more because you need to recloak often. for a group I go...

Surprise attack from stealth (not ambush. Its a waste of magicka) followed by flurry and two light attacks (make sure you have siphoning attacks on for the magicka regen) then recloak. You can usually get this in without taking damage because the other mobs take a second or two to react. The mob you hit will either be dead or very close. If dead move on to another target and repeat. If not open with surprise attack and recloak then move to the next. You will take a hit of two but prebuff with elude and mirage before the fight of your second bar and you should mitigate a lot of damage.

I went with l5 light and 2 meduim armour to make sure I have the magicka to keep recloaking. The cloak is the best damage mitigation in the game and even works better then interupt of dodge roll because if you see damage telegraphed (red area on the ground) it will disappear when you cloak. Even upercuts from mobs can be avoided by the cloak when they can't be dodged once the animation has started. Until they fix stamina builds this is the only way I have found to make duel wield work reliably so far.
