Forced Solo Bosses during a group dungeon?

Is it me,or does it drive anyone else nutz that when you are in a dungeon with a group,and finally you hit the end chamber,and "poof!",...none of the others are allowed in. You're all alone,and the boss is waaay too much for you to kill? I have several for the main storyline that are like that.No matter how I try,or wait till I am a higher level,I just cant get past those insane bosses.I'm at level 35,and stalled.Please tell me it gets to you guys too.

Well , im on the last vet area , so im quite sure i did pretty much all main quests , never , in any of them , i was tossed in a group dungeon. Just because you are in a group , does not mean that content was meant to be beaten in a group at all.

With that said , i do agree it would be better if they forced the solo instances only on side dungeons and quests , like they "force" groups in anchors and certain dungeons. On the main path , let people do either and on the side they can pick which ones they want to do.

On a side note , i think you would have a better chance posting your build and asking for help to improve , because the content before the VR lvls is quite easy in comparison.

Huh? All of the main story quests are solo-only from start to finish, as are the guild quests. I've never encountered any content where I was able to group (or there were other players around) for part of it, but it then became solo-only.

Perhaps I didnt put it right. When someone invites me to group a dungeon,or going through a certain quest,it gets to the end,and after all that work, they arent allowed to finish with me,helping me kill the final boss.I really love this game,but,I just cannot kill those few bosses that will let me go past this phase. It's just that there are bosses that are so overpowered that they heal as try to I kill them,or just wont die. I keep hoping that if I go out and level up,then return,I can do it.But,they level up too.Usually three to four levels above me at times. It just kinda gets discouraging. Oh well,..I'll keep trying,I guess. Looks like it's just me.

Oh, I know what you are talking about. In the public group dungeons, when getting to the last boss fight, if a group member already did the dungeon quest they are instanced out and you are stuck all alone, (unless other group members haven't done the quest yet).

Yeah, this sucks. I believe Zenimax already said they are working on correcting this.

I sure hope they do it soon.Or,I'll just be wandering around hunting or gathering for a while,as my ancestors did. :}
