Any word on when these are to be added? Will the quests be available in all three covs? Will the quest lines start at the lower levels or will they kick in at the higher levels like the Riften area?
There's another thread on the forums that just mentioned this. According to an IGN interview with Zos they said we shouldn't expect it until the fourth major update. Considering we just had our first with Craglorn, and each major update is "Supposed" to be every 4-6 weeks, you can do the math and see it's going to be a while.

To me this horse is near to a must on a TES game nowadays.

That was fast.
And it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense, unless one person is allowed to have Shadowmere at a time.

Well , i dont care much for what explanation they will have for this , still , i dont see much need for one anyway.
We all did the same epic quests , we can all dress like manimarco or a golden saint for example and do other things that , should not happen because we are the only one hero that did this or that.
The same could be said about we all having a certain unique weapon from the end of the fighters guild quest line , which also we could say only one should be able to have at a time and so on.
In the end , this kind of logic where only one should have something because there is only one in the world is already completely broken in this game , there is no need to create an extra explanation to shadowmere.
Personally I hope that they will follow the same levelling as the other Guild quests (8/15/25/33/43) by default, but that they will scale up in level if you complete them later on.nerevarine1138 wrote: »They implied in an interview that it'll be a few more content updates before they introduce those quest lines. I hope they don't make them Veteran content (ie for 50+) as everything new so far has been Veteran. Scaling them like PvE Cyrodiil quests may be the best idea, but they should have default levels of 8/15/25/33/43 rather than 50 like Cyrodiil.
Haven't heard that one, but I don't pay attention to everything so I may have missed it. I hope not though. I want to take my characters through all guilds together at 8/15/25/33/43; Guild progression should be consistent across Guilds, and not tie two of them into Veteran simply because they came out later. Every guild should have content at the same level, so if you want to join one and not the others, you have the opportunity at the same level.Didn't they already say it was planned to "unlock" them at vr1?? Sorry i don't have a source to confirm but i thought that was the confirmed rumorPersonally I hope that they will follow the same levelling as the other Guild quests (8/15/25/33/43) by default, but that they will scale up in level if you complete them later on.nerevarine1138 wrote: »They implied in an interview that it'll be a few more content updates before they introduce those quest lines.
