Is it a bug or just not good programming?

My sorc - when I cast the pets and daedric armor and enter a new room (aka exit a dungeon - new part of the map that requires a load) I have to recast everything. It is kind of a pain in the butt.

Also, along those ideas...

If something procs on my character, my block goes down. Anyone else experiencing this?

Let's say I cast a spell, then see the enemy getting ready to throw a knife at me. I want to block that knife, so I hold my right mouse button to block it. But at the same time, my crystal shards proc to let me know I can instant-cast it, and my block gets reset. So there I am holding down my right mouse button while my character exits from block stance becase a spell proc'd.

Confusing, or...?

Is there something I am not doing right?
