Fix for Veteran Ranks

I have read many people are having various issues with the current Veteran Rank system. The following is a suggestion that will alleviate almost all complaints. At the bottom I will write what the suggestions would fix.
CHANGES:
1) Increase XP for kills and quests to where VR ranks would increase at the same speed as levels for 1-50. This would allow people to reach ~VR5 in the first zone.
2) Keep Veteran Rank name.
3) When a player reaches ~VR5 they would be able to go to the next alliance's Zone 1.
4) At the end of a zone's main story line quest, have the award of an epic (purple) jewelry award. At the end of an alliance's zones, have a legendary (gold) award.
5) Zone 2 would get a player up to ~VR10. For alliances' zones 3-5 make the monster level ~VR10.

FIXED:
1) A) By increasing xp, it would alleviate all the complaints that people have of taking so long to level, and also remove the issue that people have for 'quest' grinding.
B) By reaching VR10+ at a greatly increased rate, people who prefer to PvP can go on to do as they wish and miss the 'quest grind' People who prefer to PvE but not do it as a group would still be able play through the quests as they desire, thus removing the complaints those people have who are not PvP'ers and prefer to quest.
C) People who prefer to group dungeons will still be able to it and visit pretty much any dungeon they want.
2) By keeping Veteran Rank name it will separate players who played through 1-50 main story and give an incentive to those of lower level to want to have a new title.
3) Allowing a person to reach ~VR5 in the first zone will give all characters a taste of what quests are available to see what they could be missing by not questing. When a person reaches ~VR5 and move on to the next alliance's zone 1 they can open up all the world of Tamriel. TES has always stated that a player can play the game as they want, go where they want, and do what they want. This would enable players to actually do exactly that.
4) By giving jewelry awards for the end of zone storylines it will:
A) Give people a huge incentive to play through the quests in the other alliances.
B) Since we cannot craft jewelry it would give good jewelry that a person would know they would get if they put in the work for it.

Considering that almost all people who play this game are from other MMO's, most people were expecting that the higher levels would increase at the same rate as 1-50. The above suggestions would meet the customers expectations when they purchased the game.
The complaints of it taking too long to increase VR levels would be alleviated, people who want to PvP and not quest would be satisfied, those who don't like to group and prefer to solo or do quests would be satisfied, there would still be incentives to do the other alliance quests which would satisfy the dev's who wanted that.
By increasing the xp for kills and quests it would take a minimal amount of coding/development which will save time and expenses.

Thank you.

I don't mind the slow leveling. I just don't like that there is little interest in running an alt since you have already done all the quests for the other factions on your first build.

I'm all for improving vet levels but a couple carrots won't do it for me. What was good about levels 1-50 was the journey. That is where vet levels fall short.

Without a continuing main story line, or fighters guild quest line, or mages guild quest line, or some new quest line (like spy/espionage) it won't matter what small carrot you hang out there.

There is little to get immersed in. Quests start to feel like Groundhog Day. They were not designed for characters from other factions. There is little new other than the landscape. No provisioning materials. Only 4 new motifs for twice the amount of content.

Sorry but Zos painted themselves into a corner with the vet levels and I'm just not sure how they will get out. That being said I'm for trying something, anything for that matter, to improve it.

Add 10 quests that would form some sort of logical and engaging storyline for the VR content. Stat and skill/passives progression should continue up to max rank (this alone would fix the 'difficulty' issue and the lack of short-term goals). Aesthetic progression of armor and weapons would also be nice (atm. it stops at lev 46ish).

P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments.

If people out level quest zones then they will also complain, if you make daily quest´s like at WS for VR´s people will complain ...

There is no real solution to people that complain, as there will always be people unhappy with how things are done.

I say, move on if you don't like the game - don't wait for changes.
