    I honestly thought they are all bugged. I never saw any actual dodged attack, I feel like I was always hit by everything.. doesn't matter if it was my dodge (Blur, Evasion) or their miss (Ash Cloud).

    Maybe the problem with Ash Cloud is that melee range is larger than it's radius, and mobs just comfortably hit you from OUT of it's area of effect :s

    There should be a dodge skill line to improve your dodge. If they're going to screw over stamina builds by forcing us to choose between our abilities and breaking CC and dodging, they should at least give people the ability to improve their dodge ability.
    Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

    emm... 15% its not awsome.

    Shadowy disguise
    Save you from any heavy attack
    Give a guaranteed crit
    And then boost to resistances

    And it costs less

    PS 3 out of 4 attacks its ~75% dodge chance

    Only Shadowy disguise crit doesn't work yet. And in pvp the invisibility gets broken constantly. So its virtually useless

    It's highly doubtful you dodge 75% attacks with a skill that gives max. 22% evasion chance.

    I wish there was a separate resource for dodging much like GW2 or even Wildstar, both games had separate resources for dodging.

    Maybe blur is bugged, I wear all medium, when I hit blur befor a battle, I dodge way more than the 20 percent......I dodge 7 out of 10 attacks.... light, heavy dkes not matter. But seriousky I dodge way more than what the tool tjp says.

    I've never tried it, but Blur + Evasion + Ember Explosion means that 70% of all melee attacks will miss you. That's probably the reason the numbers for the first two aren't higher or why they're not more easily accessible.

    Well, yeah, but the difference here is that you can attack multiple times after using one of the evade abilities, but only once before breaking stealth. In that sense, it's actually much much cheaper to focus on evading. Sometimes I have both Shadowy Disguise and Ember Explosion on my bar because I can use the latter if the fight takes too long and I'm out of magicka.

    Blur and Evasion - doge from all
    And Ember Explosion only 4sec nearby enemies Debuff
    I do not think that they may be cumulative

    And it has three of the five available on the skill bar abilities
    Which will cost you about 300 mana and 700 stamina.
    That is, if you'll wear light armor and fully own the Dual Wield.

    Show me a viable build three of these abilities in the skill bar =_=

    I don't see why they wouldn't be cumulative since everything else in the game is. And yes, it's pretty much just good against melee. But, the cost is very low. Blur and Evasion last 26 seconds and 20 seconds. At most, you might have to cast these twice if you want the full 30% to be up at all times. You don't even necessarily need them on your main bar since they last so long. Ember Explosion is short lived, but it's not expensive at all, especially if you're otherwise using a lot of magicka skills. And of course you'd be using medium armor if you focused on these, which is also getting buffed to reduce the cost of stamina abilities.

    I wasn't trying to offer a build, though. If I had Blur and Evasion, I might play around with combining the 3 with stuff from Siphoning or just some DW skills (and Veil of Blades of course), just to see how it works out, but I'm not about to spend skill points when that wasn't my point anyway. I was just trying to show that there may be a reason for the accessibility and cost.
