Search options in Guild store

I had an hour to play today and spent all of it sifting through 5 guild stores to locate 1 item with a particular trait for researching.

2 things I understand are:
-The game was developed with console control in mind &
-There are player made mods that will help narrow the search

This is not the, now indefinitely, delayed console version and the player made addon still requires it to log every single piece of junk and item in the store before being able to start the narrowing search.

Some of the existing player base are not interested in spending their time playing menus and searching for a single specific item. So please, work on adding useable narrow features to help those of us that prefer to pay for a better use of our time than using a blanket search for items. Sifting through 5 pages of chests in 5 stores is time consuming and the problem complied when there are hardly any players on anymore to ask in guild/zone if they may have the particular trait you are seeking.

Also when narrowing the field for materials, maybe make it more definitive in terms of material types you are searching. I.E. ore, cloth, herbs, etc. As of now we select material to search for materials and it does not narrow anything, you still come up with every piece of pattern junk and armour type that ahs nothing to do with the type of search a player is hoping to get.

All and all, thanks for the hours entertainment today of sifting fruitlessly through guild stores.

Just read the update. thanks ;) Guess I will log back in when that goes live and get a better use of my game time. Too bad my sub expires in a few weeks and that wont be live for ages. Here is to hoping the updates actually work when they go live, cheers mate.

There's add-ons to help too, by the way.

Though--I wouldn't be surprised if the coming update changes break 'em.

all you need is the BatmanStoreFilter addon. technically its out of date according to my in game addons list but it has never needed updating. works great i can find exactly what i want in less than 1 min per guild store. if they don't have it I will know right away.
