Really? Yet another money grab from the Zenimax/ESO cash-cow !

Here's a novel suggestion... Why not focus on Quality content, bug/glitch fixes, broken quests, balancing and ALL the other things players 'really want'.
Instead of trying to fleece every last bit of cash out of our pockets ! ! !

I'll tell you one thing Zenimax... Players who feel they have to quit ESO certainly won't be spending their hard earned on gimmicky merchandise. You'd make a lot more money from repeat subs from 'happy' players than you will selling this rubbish ! ! !

You realize that the game developers have nothing to do with merchandise that isn't pixelated, right? Personally, I'm excited for this kind of stuff.

Stop the presses. Bethesda is selling merchandise!

Before you have another heart attack, realize that zenimax online studios has very little if anything to do with the bethesda store. But do continue your arm flailing, it's kind of amusing that you think the developers with ZoS have anything to do with the parent company merchandise.

While I agree focus should be on repairing the game, those individuals responsible for marketing and producing brand merchandise have nothing to do with, I know you won't believe this so hold on, fixing/repairing the game.

Guess that's why I hinted towards Zenimax and not the developers. Don't get me wrong I've got nothing against merchandise (hell I brought the collectors edition) but its almost every week they are trying to push some merch/gimmick onto us. I'd rather that time/effort was put back into game development !

No, you're wrong! They pulled people from designing new content to have them design new merchandise instead! They also pulled people from bug fixes to have them do quality control on the merchandise once it started coming out of the factory!

Side note: I kind of really want the shot glasses, but I'd prefer it if I could select one alliance symbol for all of them, rather than getting one of each. Sure, I've got alts in every alliance, but my drinking buddies are all Aldmeri Dominion, so it'd be nice to have a set of AD shot glasses for the next time we're having a party.

In all seriousness. This will actually help the game, giving Bethesda another source of ROI for their new game. If people buy this crap, the game gets more funding, and what do we do with funding kids? Hire People! More people for the content team, the UI team, the BUG TEAM, etc!

To be fair I don't expect much else from the regular forum posters, I got my usual groupies who disagree with whatever I post, and then there are the usual ones who always make me laugh. Guess in a way its the beginning of a closer community...lol

I've never done drunk coding, but I have done drunk SQL scripting. I had to go check my work the next day when I was sober, and I was surprised to find that I hadn't screwed anything up. Nonetheless, my boss seems to be against the idea of me doing all of my work drunk.
