I think there is an add on that provides and easy list and use of the emotes, haven't tried it though.

Wykkyd's Full Immersion - adds an emote dropdown in the chat window. Keep in mind this also adds a lot of other functionality that's unrelated.

ESO Theater - gives you a little collapsable UI where you can store your fav 10ish emotes and click through them to see a full list at anytime. Fits nicely with the rest of the game, but it's a little out of date.

Emote Shortcuts - Lets you set shortcuts for certain emotes.

Harven's Chat Completion - brings up suggestions (like when typing a URL in a browser) as you type.

I think this deserves a quasi-bump for the two neat lists of emotes and emote-related add-ons.
