When will the quest "The Moonlit Path" be fixed? (totally broken atm)

This quest (AD, "The Moonlit Path") is 100% broken (NPCs required to progress are gone, relog does not fix it).
When can we get a hotfix?

kitsinni✭✭✭✭✭I did it yesterday and while it is one of the worst written and most confusing quests in the game I was able to get it done. What part are you stuck at?0

zgrssd✭✭✭✭It is part of the AD questline, so I asume it is high priority. Once they figure out where exactly it is bugged.
Meanwhile, at least try "Drop, relog, retake".
It helped a me a lot with bugged out quests in the early phases of the game. I still report errors, but that one is my first bet at getting onward with the quest.

This quest broke for me back in April .. mobs you're supposed to defend the to NPCs from never spawned so no attack took place.
The character that's broken on still hasn't got it done and ZOS show no sign of fixing it.0
