I like hearing new player perspectives so keep em coming. I still have fond memories of early levels and beta so posts like yours are a good reminder of those.

Here's to buggless experience for ya and remember, tigers (as cute as they are) are still wild animals ;)

@IrishGirlGamer‌, please (continue to) ignore the cranky people...

There is so much more in this game that is right and good than that is as awful, horrible, and devastating as so many people would have you believe.

You shouldn't have nearly as many issues with broken quests. What the cranky people forget is that many things have gotten fixed...but it's still an ongoing process.

I'm glad you followed your instinct and went with a Nightblade! You will enjoy it (and that's all that matters!)

KR is great. You'll be able to go back and forth soon enough, so don't feel like once you leave you can never return.

And for all the cranky people...leave her be. Let her enjoy the game the way she's enjoying the game. Heck, learn something from it and find something about it you actually still like...there has to be something, or you wouldn't still be playing, right??

Don't forget to go see the slavering jaws and cold oozy nose of the real…live…dog!

@Moonscythe‌, I can't believe you gave away the most fearsome creature in the game... I remember the first time I heard the performer and the descriptions. I first thought it had to be a glitch. The more I listened, the more amused I became, especially given the look of ferocious terror on the caged beast.

Glad you are both enjoying the game as it was intended.

    Keep it up!

(And P.S. We're glad to have you!)

This one apologizes for her brothers' unruly behavior. They are troublesome, but they're still her littermates and she asks kindly that you don't call them animals.

I am only a VR1.5 NB and I've been playing on average, two hours a day since release. I really enjoy playing the stealth element of the game so progress is pretty slow (and I have two alt's in their mid 20's early 30's). I strongly disagree with the negative format that the majority of the discussion on class balance and skills issues have been conducted to date. The impatience and rude behaviour that some individuals have shown in the recent past are an abysmal indictment upon there own characters.

So .. I understand the love for this game, and the desire to turn the tide of negative comment, however the OP (and the rest of us) would do well to consider that by discounting legitimate concerns of class balance and problematic skills after 4 days of playing hardly merits serious consideration and is as damaging on clear perspective as the childish rant that has too often has passed as coherent discussion.

TESO needs level headed discussion based on considered observation if it is to evolve and flourish in the mmorpg-sphere.

Please, if you truly love the game, keep your observations real and refrain from hyperbole. Hyperbole isn't helpful in whatever way it's delivered.

And .. welcome to Tamriel IrishGirlGamer :).

And you put a lot on my plate.

My comment about NB was tongue in cheek, but doesn't quite rise to the level of hyperbole. In fact, it is true - at least the part about NB. The post makes it clear that I'm still on the first zone. Do you sincerely believe anyone is going to read my post and think: "She's got it right! NBs are not gimped in any way ..." or whatever you're attributing to me.

I've been reading this forum for some time, even before buying the game. I'm aware of the threads that suggest the leveling of the game is unbalanced - as you clearly are. Moreover, you're quite capable of expressing yourself in a clear, intelligent manner that only adds validity and weight to what you're trying to say. By suggesting that my post is going to get more credit or weight than yours is - as I said - putting a lot on my plate.

I'm having fun - and that's what the post says. And the observations are real:

    1. I can kill any one enemy in about three clicks. True.

    2. I am still on Khenarthi's Roost. True.

    3. The tigers are adorable. True.

    See? :)

Not necessary. You're right about the spark to a flame; at least from what I've seen on the forums.

Which is why I leave the "this is what you need to fix the game" comments to others. What do I know about making video games? I work in a museum ... :)

The correlation between working in a museum and the video game industry is the fragility of everything in the environment. Instead of an ancient piece of clay pottery crumbling, you get the destruction of egos and hopes.

Destruction of egos is the quintessence of art. Very noticeable in any commissioned work, which sole purpose should have been the praise of an ego.

Who on earth feels the NEED to come post over 50 posts in 4 days while supposedly loving a game? When I love a game I play the game.... Snip...

Some days I wonder if these forums are even moderated at all.

Did the OP even do half the things your post accuses her of? Okay she's new to the forum. Check. She posted - in a general discussion forum - a note about what she liked about the game. Check. Her post contains comments about the game. Check. She posted the note after playing four days. Check. It's the second note of a similar kind that she posted in four days. Check.

Suddenly, she doesn't have a right to post because she hasn't played the game long enough. Suddenly, she's all about attention - because no one else on this forum is about attention, right? Suddenly, she's writing a blog or a stream. Suddenly, we need to move this to fiction?? (And sure I saw what you did there ...) Suddenly she needs to STFU because she clearly has nothing to contribute to the forum?

Because what this forum really needs is another thirty threads complaining about what's wrong with the game and how to fix it, right?

Fifty posts? Exaggerate much? She started like five threads. Sure she's made some comments but I seriously doubt if she's leading the pack on the number of posts on this forum. In fact, looks like you might be a tad bit ahead of her in that area.

"By the way, you people saying I am a man are wrong ..." Looks like they were wrong. What am I missing here? She corrected the guy and then he got upset. And your point is what? We should be able to call people whatever we want ...

If this thread is pointless, it's the comments that have made it so.
