Could akavir be a future expansion? or should that be another TES game? I myself would like to see it be a vet zone, but that's just me. what do yall think?
Personally I would love it, in either way. I think what we read about Akavir in the lore is likely much different than what is. For instance the Tiger-dragon I suspect is essentially a Khajit Dovahkin. I could be wrong though. I won't say further than this, but I do think Akavir could be interesting in the online setting or a future game, although I'm expecting it probably won't make it in the MMO.

I disagree. I'm predicting Akavir is in one of their major expansions. Wishful thinking, perhaps. but it seems to me such a made for expansion pack idea. Potential playable races, Unexplored lands with limited lore to tie your writers down... It just feels so ripe. I think it'll happen, not soon, but it'll happen.
I hope not... These Devs gave all Dunmer cities and villages the same Indoril architecture and anyone that had played Morrowind knows that the different Houses all use radically different architecture.
Bethesda needs to do it properly first in a single player game.
Seems likely were going to stick with Cyrodil as if the alliances won't divert forces for the Coldharbor Assault that is drawing Nirn into Oblivion their not going to launch an expedition to a continent they know little about.
Plus I believe that Akavir is still dominated by the Tsceai in this era.
I actually agree with you both, but I am thinking the missing Tamriel areas will be filled in with more group content along the lines of Craglorn. also, not so much that the factions of Tamriel will divert forces to Akavir by choice as much as the Tsaesci would remove the option by showing up to the party. somehow. Wasn't there an incursion from them sometime around now? ... Okay, checked, no, that was five hundred years ago, the first time, and then again in a few hundred years during Uriel Septim's reign. Still though, they are obviously active during this period. It could be enough. But, maybe not.
History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.
