When are you going to fix this passive? And if it is working you REALLY need to improve this character stat sheet because it is poorly made and only shows half of what we really need to know.
It seems something is broken with the character sheet numbers.
I logged into the game to check. My vamp (in cyrodiil) was at stage 3, with 24 health regen. I ported to glenumbra next to a bandit camp, to feed. But before i did, i checked my character sheet, and the health regen was now at 35. Funny stuff. Still at stage 3.
Fed on the bandit. Stage 2. Health regen dropped to 31.
Went to another bandit. Checked stats just before feeding. Stats show regen at 43 (?!?). Still @ stage 2.
Didn't feed, walked around a bit, left stealth, entered stealth, check stats: regen at 31.
Approach bandit again, check stats without feeding, regen back at 43. After this it stayed at 43 no matter what. I fed on the bandit, stage dropped to 1. Regen stayed at 43.
So there is definitely something funny gong on. Might have to do with the night's silence set (it is supposed to boost health regen 40% while hidden, but it never worked for me)
However, there was no change in regen between stages 2 and 1, which indicates the unnatural resistance passive is working - at least for me.
I figured out what causes the anomaly. It was indeed the night's silence set bonus(checked by removing armor and thus cancelling the bonus).
It works in a funny way. 31 regen standing. Go into stealth. Still 31 regen.
MOVE in stealth. Regen jumps to 43. After this it stayed at 43 no matter what(combat, whatever), EXCEPT for sprinting - if i sprinted for a sec, regen dropped to 31 again.
It's the hundredth topic about that and ZOS still not respond, actually I think they don't even know why it's not working because they said it was fixed in patch xx. So they hush it up because they don't know how to fix it.

I'm hoping this thread can get noticed by them but, that seems like wishful thinking. If only one certain community manager could spread the word to zos and hopefully, we'll see this fixed "soon".
