Barber shops

Well, I hate having the same looks all the time. Feels like the character is not evolving and is stuck in some unchanging state.

I would like more options to alter the looks and even rebuild your character later on. Hell make it a game store thing like other games. Let us pay real cash to remake our characters looks/sex and whatever.

Are there any plans for this, or does it maybe already exist?

I too would like to see this added. A full service salon: pedicure, manicure, mud bath, hair styling and a board certified plastic surgeon.

Yeah, actually my toon got too big boobs... need to remove some silicon i think. It looks weird when sprinting...

Perhaps rather than add a barber shop they could add a disguise skill group where you can magically change your appearance between a number of different appearances based on your disguise skill level.

It would be an interesting addition to the game. I, for one, would like to change the tattoo across my chest.

I thought the big serpent looked 'piratey' and now I regret it, what with being a loyal subject of the Daggerfall Covenant. It's a tad embarassing having what could be mistaken for the Ebonheart dragon emblazoned across my chest. I had to chuck away a nice tunic yesterday, just because it showed my tats.

Do they do laser tattoo removal in Tamriel...or is it an acid bath?

... let us not forget a complete line of ESO hair and skin care products along with a tasteful line of cosmetics and fragrances.

ESO Cologne .... for those times when you come out of a dungeon smelling like a walking pile of troll excrement.

I think many of us got overly "ambitious" during character creation. Seriously, this would be a great feature to implement.

I probably wouldn't go to a barber for that type of change, but...

If you could make them smaller or larger at will then you could change your character's name to Pamela Anderson.

All I know about is the new colour dyes for armour.
I'm pretty sure when you pick your characters appearance and body it's that for life.

I haven't seen anyone actually talk about this, so I'm not sure myself, but a barber would be nice, maybe a medieval themed barber in every main city/town (maybe even new quests would be nice)
