What changes would you like in the grouping tool?

I constantly see people posting LFG and LFM in zone chat. I believe that this is largely because they're not finding the grouping tool to be an effective way to recruit people for groups (sure, some may not know that the tool exists, but probably most do).
So what changes could be made to the tool to improve it?
The one that comes to mind for me is allowing you to use it for dungeons and content that is below your level. I find that by doing every quest along the way I'm constantly over-leveled by the time I get to the group dungeons, so the tool ends up being useless for me for the one thing that I most want it for: group dungeons. If I want to complete those dungeons and get the skill points I need to resort to using zone chat. Give an option to LFG for content below your level, and give the option to allow or disallow over-leveled group members as you choose when creating a group.
Other ideas?

drogon1✭✭✭✭LOL grouping tool? Praytell for what? ESO is the one unique major (non)-MMO where grouping for instanced content will not advance your character.
So nobody bothers except to do the dungeon quest. And for that zone chat is used anyway, because you need to find the unique combination of players who haven't already done the quest, and zone chat is sufficient for that, and more commonly used.
If you're talking about VR content I wouldn't know as my toons are still stuck staring at the pre-VR dungeon walls.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭If you spend any time in Cyrodiil, you're going to outlevel your zone pretty fast, so I would say the ability to search for dungeons you have outleveled.
And if the population declines much more, I would also suggest that the Instanced Dungeons allow us to form groups across the Alliances. Aw Hell, who am I kidding? But - in my experience - folks spam zone chat for groups, as they get tired of waiting in group finder for a tank or healer. Group finder is ok for getting 2 or 3 folks together; the last one usually requires zone spam.0
