The last 24 hours or so:
I hear the music. I hear horses. I hear sound effects. I hear NPCs 'talking' in general crowds.
But when I interact with NPCs in specific situations....
Buy my horse feed,
The Khajjiit chick in Mistral/Khenarthi's talking about the savage dog in the cage,
Razum-Dar,
etc....
Nothing. The lips move, the dialogue is in text on screen, just no voice.
Anyone else?

Just to finalize, I poked around some and went into Settings/Audio and found 'dialogue volume' set to '0'.
I know I didn't busy-finger that, I just opened that box a little ago for the first time.
And there are no SO's/daggits/kids/fiendish gremlins in the house to mess with the main battle computer, so that option is out.
I'm going to have to choose between 'Stray cosmic neutrino hitting an electron on the SSD', and the NSA messing with me.
