Outpost Teleports

Sometimes you can teleport to and from outposts (when it is not under attack), but sometimes the teleporter is not "working"- there are no mages or whatever powering it up. What determines whether you can use teleporters in outposts? Is it some resource you need to take?

✭you are correct - outposts can only be teleported to, not from (provided that you own it and it is linked to your transitus network)
you also cannot rez at an outpost in the same way that you can at a keep

Good to know, thanks. I couldn't recall if I had used them to teleport before, but I always look at what seems to be a broken teleporter as I walk out the outpost door and think how do we get that operational?

In which case you still have to use the wayshrine near you to leave Cyrodiil. Since the wayshrine is the only way out of Cyrodiil.0 -
