Has scheduled maintenance for NA changed again?

I agree here. Lots of fixes to quests are always welcome but there are many, many other pressing issues that have been ignored for a long time now. For a 5 hour maintenance downtime there's not a whole lot to reflect that time within these patch notes...0 -
@ZOS_TristanK what we are asking for is clarity and communication. As someone mentioned earlier, you guys seem to have been absent on the forums of late. We would appreciate just a little more communication, I'm not complaining - I really love this game -

born2beagator✭✭✭✭How about you keep that time. Its summer right now, some of us are off of school and would like to play in the mornings. Its not critical, just seem more sensible to do it in a completely dead time which imo is between 5-8 AM0

✭Well if it wasn't planned early (somebody must have changed the time listed then) it should be. Just shut the servers down by 6am EDT. Doesn't mean you have to actually start work then
