Sluggish Combat after Patch 1.1.2

Has anyone else noticed that combat has become more sluggish/unresponsive since the nerfs on 1.1.2? What's the reason for this? This necessitates alot of button mashing, and made combat less enjoyable IMO...

    It does feel more sluggish. Not fun at all being unable to chain abilities together because of unreliable hotkey actuation..

    yeah, exactly. the integrity of the combat experience is really screwed now, because when you try to do an ability, you are always unsure if it will actually be carried out. how about it Devs? I've never seen much posting on it, so I have to ask: is this even a recognized issue? If it isn't, it should be, because it significantly affects gameplay in a negative way

    I've also encountered this problem, especially when there's 5+ other people going through a public group dungeon hammering down on bigger groups of mobs. Downing the graphical settings doesn't make any difference. This isn't a huge deal as 90% of the time I'm doing solo things, but whenever I group up or attempt to take on more than 3 mobs, I become rather useless.

    Also to note that I do remember having the issue when fighting 1-2 mobs, though it happens more rarely and its during the "oh s**t" moments. xD Not the best times for abilities/wep switching fail to initiate.

    Nor is it much fun to die because of said unreliable hotkey actuation.

    There have been other posts about the problem, but they were not acknowledged by ZoS. I have submitted bug reports in game and a support ticket, but nothing back on the ticket either. I am just hoping they know of the problem and will eventually fix it. Maybe a stealth fix in today's update? I haven't been able to get into the game yet to see.

    Now I'm not on the forums much so that may the the case, but this is the first thread I've seen mentioning this issue. It may not be as well known as alot of the others are.

    I asked about this in zone and they mocked that I needed a new PC..

    Anyhow, I've noticed the same overall behavior but it was the same time I started questing in Reaper's march (v10 EP). I wasn't sure if the mobs are a tad faster to make them "tougher" in Reapers or if animations are slightly off that I'm missing an occasional interrupt window on casters..

    The rotation I use and the behavior of mobs seem some what off. Not much but what used to be a fairly reliable rotation of handling a 3 mob pack has turned into an occasional death. It's not overall frustrating but has made me sit up in an otherwise /repeat /rinse process..

    The others (well, the ones I have found) included the issue with the hotkeys with other problems. Not a lot of traffic on the posts and easy to miss.

    I can see how I missed those. I generally ignore the threads that have hate just in the title. xD Hope the problem is fixed, though. Don't believe I've died because of this (awesome kiting), but I feel useless when it comes to grouping.

    Yeah it should be noted that this sluggishness has nothing to do with frame rate. I am on current hardware and never experience noticeable FPS issues. This has to do with core combat mechanics, and became an issue after the recent patch 1.1.2.

    Devs. I ask that you look into this issue, because I think most people that can tell the difference would agree that this is a very bad change.

    Also I'd like to offer a bit of future advice: play test your changes before you push them to live megaservers
