Summons getting lost?

After the 1.1.5 update, I've noticed that my daedric summon (Clannfear) seems to get lost, after every fight. According to my skills bar (and the 10% hit to my magicka) he's still alive. However, he is definitely not with me, and not fighting NPC's. Anyone else seeing this problem?

    Ok, to be fair, you do realize that patch notes never contain *everything* that was updated. I may not be working as a dev anymore, but I'm pretty sure that practice hasn't changed. :)

    I'm just trying to figure out how to report this - i.e., it's a bug from the patch, or simply because I entered a new area and the area is bugged/the server is overloaded.

    Actually, I've had that bug since 1.1.4. It's a toss up between that or summoning them and having them not appear. Says they're there, but where "there" is, I haven't the foggiest.
