So I was toying with some different Vampire Night Blade builds looking to see what would work best for PVE and now I am asking my fellow ESO players for views and opinions.
Its set up as a DW/Ranged NB

4. Invigorating Drain
5. Siphon Strikes
U. Devouring Swarm
Set 2. Bow
1. Reapers Mark
2. Power Extraction
3. Venom Shot
4. Lethal Arrow
