One possibility would be to add passives:
Extraction expert: chance to extract non-related components for extra XP

or switch aspect extraction to potency extraction, because let's face it, we only find white glyphs and no one wants to trade 'ta' glyphs for decon.

There should also be more armor glyph varieties that are researchable at max rank so there's an incentive to actually bother past 40.

And also why can'T we craft Vr10 or when the patch comes live VR12 Glyphs? Max lvl glyphs. Because when we can only enchant vr8-10 or vr 10-12 glyphs even epic glyphs or legendary ones will only be slightly better than those vr10/vr12 (max-lvl) white ones we can by at the vendor
