vr level game just starts! just like new bugs and balance issues.(long)

I'm quiet disappointment at this time, Zinemax was bragging about Craglorn for so long and it's still not out, asides from that, why would you release vr 12 content so early when 90% of the players are not even vr 10? there plenty of bugs that keep on coming up as well as never ending demand for balance changes. That was a sum up, now to a few detail i want to drag attention to.

First of all i play night blade, there are bugs that i just started seeing after hitting vr 2 level. Asides from that there is a huge balance issue (unless i don't understand some thing, and if i'm not please please, tell me why and how can i improve my game play)

I like that ESO is completely different game and has it's own special talent system pve and pvp approach which i do like (only if it worked as intended).

To bugs!
1) This is first time i approached this bug because i never dropped to 20% hp before, unless a quick death. as a night blade when you drop to 30% or less HP i find my self unable to click damage spells (includes magika and stamina, example blade from shadow tree and 2nd dual wield skill, the combination one).

2) certain buffs and passive skills are not even applied.
first for magika, i got mage's light specced into additional critical strike, and with standard 3% i get up to only 23% when i spec for crit in assassin tree, crit is not increasing, i tried re-logging and etc, still nothing.
Second, physical crit is not being applied from thieve's mundus stone, i stay at 17% with khajit racial and 5 pieces medium armor, to that, the dagger crit from dual wield is not being applied as well. I only got 17%, however i should have 10% from daggers (5% per dagger) 6% from Khajit racial, 15% from medium armor and i believe it's 3% from thieves mundus stone making total of 34% instead of that i only have 17%, how the heck?

Now Balance issues, i can't speak general for all classes once again, i only speak from night blade point of view based on vs 3 mob groups. these groups have been common from lvl1 to vr 2 so far, therefore it's normal to fight 3 mobs solo and is intended, now what i find at vr 2 level. keep in mind i'm in vr 2 greens, all including weapons.

i fight 3 mob groups in heavy armor and sword and board, i can barely kill them, ok i'm not dps, i should not expect to do crazy dps to do it. i decided to try light armor (it has dps talents including additional crit) with light armor i can't even solo 2 mobs, not talking about 3, again i speak in general, this is normal mode, i should not need some cleaver super spec and legendary items to go through the content. the 3 mob groups are intended, they are not elite nor boss therefore with even crappiest spec i should be able to solo them, however i cannot, i tried all medium plus daggers, still only 2 mobs. i even tried using hp pots. what is going on? is it intended? some thing is not right!

I also noticed that while in heavy armor (passives included) i tent do take about 2 times less damage than in medium and about 2.5 than in light, but the damage output stays the same, be it sword and board or daggers or 2h sword, it's generally the same. Shouldn't i do more damage in DPS spec, considering i sacrifice heavy armor to do more damage in medium and even more in light?
Sorry forgot to mention, since we only have 5 active abilities bars (and 6th for ult which is a push to get an upper hand over enemy but not standard fight) so first 3 i use for offense (shadow blade from shadow tree, shadow stun teleport and number 2 from dual wield for example for dps) the other 2 i use 1 for mages light a passive buff and one for defensive active ability (currently vamp mist). This distribution is most even i believe. of course if i go all 5 dps magika and stamina i'll rock the hell of, but how will i survive?

So my question is why the heck i should even struggle with group of 3 mobs, when they are not elite, and are intended to fight for the 90% of the game content, i think they should be solo-able even naked with no talents.

Zinemax please, pay attention to balance already, who needs craglorn when we can't even pass standard content.

    I am sure the new content developers and people who fix bugs are different teams. That way they can multi task and keep content coming as well as fixing bugs / exploits at the same time. I know this is the case with most MMO's.

    I would think Zenimax also follows this trend. Correct me if I am wrong.

    I don't think it is as cut and dry as us forum trolls would like to think.

    I mean at this point game has been out for quiet some time, but most obvious bugs and balance fixes have not taken place yet.

    They have thrown all their resources on fixing small quest bugs which could be avoided all together by players, those small quests which don't stop you from leveling or enjoying further content. The important bugs and balance changes, like those were wolves, night blade bugs where are 30% HP you can't use a single ability, these bugs interrupt the game play badly and cannot be avoided. Why these buys are not on priority to do list?

    Again, correct me if I am wrong. But I think a ton of fixes were rolled up for the new release of Craglorn. I think patch notes exist already for whats getting fixed. I don't have the link, so if someone who can dig it out post it.

    Balancing classes will take time, bugs will get corrected sooner rather than later. Zen has fixed a ton already and I think they will continue.

    I think the big bugs are priority and there were a bunch of them. Just think a good amount were rolled up with the new expansion.
