enchanting bug: rune translation

I am filing a report in-game in a moment, but first wanted to ask if someone noticed this too. Likely so, because the two runes in question coincidentally do not have descriptions on elderscrollsonline.wiki.
I have a bunch of essence runes translated, but every now and then run into an untranslated one. A few days back I run into one, combine it with the lowest aspect and potency runes and made a glyph. Weirdly enough it does not look like I get translation XP bonus, and the glyph effect looks familiar as if I used a familiar rune, so I decon the glyph and get back this other essence rune that I already know. The original was Jaedi.
Same thing happened today with Lire. Looks like these two are bugged.
