toggling between weapons?

Can anyone explain to me how to toggle between weapons? I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the second set on the slots. Thank you.

Once you reach level 15, just drag and drop your second set of weapons into the second weapon slot (below the first with a little curved arrow back and forth I think, to indicate you can swap between the two sets of weapons). Then in combat, just hit the button to which you have bound the Swap Weapons command and you'll swap to the second set (and the second ability bar --- remember to put abilities on that bar!)

EDIT: Just to clarify, you have to open your inventory and drag weapons from your inventory on the right side of the screen to the "paper doll" on the left, right below where your current weapons are shown.

This...it's not as intuitive as it should be...

You can be unhanded with your primary weapon (though it's pointless), but you cannot 'switch,' nor even set up your secondary 1-5 + Ult until you add the secondary weapon (even if you never use it)

Oh good grief. I didn't realize we could drag and drop. thank you!! Can we use any button to bind the swap weapons command? (My poor elf is stuck on the Castle of the Worm quest -- I will have to log back into her and see if I can experiment with that. My Khajiit is only level 10 still).

On keyborad layout it's the single quote key to switch.

I have it on one of the lateral buttons on my mouse (the other being 'dodge roll')

You can set up the bindings however you like...I normally bind to something opposite the hand that performs character movement...That way you can still dodge as needed while switching.

Also, don't forget that you can double bind...(alternate bindings can be a life saver...if you have a tendency to fumble keys, alternate bind to the key you fumble, for instance) or Right hand bind one key and Left hand bind another...

I'd say initially, we spent as much time adjusting keybindings as determining skills, etc.

Also don't forget the value in Unbinding a key...

If you do not use the feature and you find it getting in your way, you can effectively turn it off this way.

Just wish they would implement a 'Save my default keybindings' button or 'Import keybindings from character _____'

I hate making an alternate and having to rebind everything to match my other character...even if it is a one-time pain.

I bound weapon swap and roll dodge to mouse buttons. Gotta love gaming mice, the standard double tap for dodge is just awful.

Thank you all for your help! I was able to figure out the binding key and am now happily toggling between weapons. It took a bit of getting used to but by the end of the night last night, I was getting the hang of it!
