Npc Fell off a cliff..

Npc I was supposed to kill fell off a cliff and I can't kill him now. What should I do?

    I think if an NPC falls off a cliff and survives, the Divines are presently on his/her side and you should reconsider whether you really want to temp Fate...
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    i've had so much fun knocking npc's off cliffs - kinda wish they'd all die when they hit the bottom rather than despawn half way through the fall and then respawn at the top again.

    there was a skyshard right next to some mobs at the top of a cliff in malabal tor (i think it was) and in order to get to the skyshards, i would've had to fight these mobs - so instead, i just smacked them off the cliff, grabbed the skyshard and giggled relentlessly for 5 minutes whilst i continued thwacking the npc's off the edge of this very large cliff.

    First time I used the DK's "chain yank" on a mob while standing on an opposite side of a deep stream/river and it just disappeared was kind of awkward.

    Hoping for a fix for the future generations maybe (true should have posted in support section). Doesn't hurt, thats what needs to be fathomed :p In any case, its done, move on :#

    I've occasionally knocked an opponent off a cliff/bridge/etc... they usually come back, though it may take a long while as they have a long trek to get back to you. With my sorc toon, my summoned pet will jump after them, and after a short wait I will get the completion after my pet finishes them off (or my max magicka will return to 100% indicating my pet died). Usually however, I'll just relog to restart the fight. Especially when it's an NPC I have to loot to get a quest item, and I'm in no mood to go searching for the corpse.

    Equip a bow or staff, and continue hitting them. >:)
