Where are these susposed legandary crafting stations?

As the name implies, where are they. Are these just something stupid that ESO says exist in the game but no where to be found yet.

You mean all the crafting set stations? They are around the maps at more or less hidden locations.

Yes, those. People can say they exist but not where, or what to look for. All I know is I researched full sets of armor and never seen one.
