It's not in the Craglorn patch notes, so I dbout it.anonymousshadow613b16_ESO wrote: »daienkaib16_ESO wrote: »
yeah this is coming in the craglorn patch if I remember correctly
I think the upcoming patch with guilds being able to bid on public marketplaces will fix this issue. But originally I did feel the same as you but this should allow us to create a semi-normalized economy with stable prices for things.

It's amazing to me that half the threads on this Forum knock ESO for being a Singleplayer game & the other half knock ESO for their mechanics that encourage socialization. I have over a dozen people in my friends list that I met just by trading & have a regular customer base from that.

Well ... some of us don't think salespitches are social interaction.
For the record, nor do I think LFG requests are social interaction; nor do I think guild ads are social interaction. Call me an old grouch if you like.
When you take the trade chat, the gold sellers, the guild pitches, and the LFGs out of /zone, there is pretty much nothing left in zone except the occasional person asking where to find something or how to solve a puzzle. So I mute /zone. I grant you could argue, with legitimacy, that this stuff is what zone is FOR - that's fine - but I don't consider it actual socializing, and none of it is useful to me.

Without an auction house (or any form of market, in fact), there is no possibility of this game having any flourishing economy. Joining 5 guilds is honestly a poor way to slap together 5 micro-markets and call it an economy.

I think the major problem is the guild stores don't actually work in Cyrodiil, by this I mean you can't access the guild store unless you are a member of that guild when they said you should have access to it.
