increasing spell power

hey guys. my character is a vr1 DK. i have all my stats in hp and armor enchanted to magicka. giving me around 1.8k magicka. now despite this, my spell power does not budge from 80. i thought it scaled off max magicka? how do i increase it? plz help

Mine is 80 with all attributes in health. You can add to it with jewelry or a potion. Even with a +55 potion ring and a 12 point spell damage potion I am well below the soft cap.Hells Bell___________________Highelf Sorc
