Leaving Guild?!

Yeah, I know. This is probably unrevertable cry of misclicking, but... is there a way to leave a Fighters'/Mages' guild? If so, how?

I mean to remove the skill-tree. I have misclicked a dialog option and fr#@k, joined. Would reroll if it wasn't VR character already, but now...

I'm asking just to be sure, maybe I'm missing something somehow.

I don't think you can leave those Guilds, why would you need to?

Because I'm a freakin' casting NB, a not a Fighter. I hate'em and don't want to stick with 'em. So is there a way or not?

If you don't want the skill line - don't put any points into it. I'd at least put a point into the Intimidate and Persuade passives for each guild. But if that's not your style just act like you don't have it, I guess.

Not sure how learning to fight deadra and undead more effectively wouldn't be good even for what your discussing.

Plus at bare minimum your doing it for a purple and access to 2 more high trait armor set craft stations.

Thank you, Anvos. I'm actually not asking about what I'm "gaining", but about how to leave.

Right now the Fighters Guild is focused on killing daedra, undead and other abominations; you can do it as a caster too, I'm sure they appreciate the help of a skilled mage.

As far as I know, there is no way to quit the guild.

No, but there is no reason to, you don't have to do the quests, you can just ignore the fighter's guild.

This topic probably should be locked and closed, it's a completely pointless question. There is no reason to leave any of the in game Guilds, don't put points into them if you want to be underpowered against Daedra and Undead and lose the ability to Intimidate.

Not everyone's approach is min-max powergaming just because of game mechanics. For some, not being able to do something is a part of roleplaying. A Master of Everything is a good role for American-Dream believers, not a mature player.
