Provisioning, Alchemy, Or enchanting?

So i already have clothing/woodworking. I am leather wearing, bow using Templar. I am almost V4. My question is how important are these three skills for end game/pvp? I dont exactly want to level 5 crafting professions on one guy. I've heard that veteran potions are what give veteran players the advantage in pvp since stats and gear hardly seems to get better with veteran ranks. Any tips on what i should pursue?

I guess if it were between provisioning and alchemy, which would help me more in pvp/end game?

Take up Enchanting completely, put a few points in Provisioning, and a few in Alchemy ;-)

No need to spend skillpoints to all their passives, just the ones you use. For example, in Provisioning I have no need for an additional server for drinks, but I do for food. In Alchemy, I do not need the additional time nor the removal of negative effects. And on both crafting skills I don't need hirelings.

I think Enchanting isn't worth the pain it takes to gather them and level the craft, not to mention the fact ones you can buy are pretty reasonable, but then I always prefer consumables as ways to get buffs.

But in the end it's the horribly difficult task of gathering enough runes to level that made me give up Enchanting.

Enchanting is to insane to pick up later on. You need the time to of worked your way up. Its taken me to VR3 to hit 39 and I chew through a lot of Vet Glyphs trying to raise my level.
